Skilled Nursing Care

Your home is often the best place for healing as you are ideally surrounded by familiar settings, family and friends. Whether you are returning home from a hospital stay or a skilled rehabilitation center, or whether you require skilled nursing or rehabilitation therapies, we can provide the requisite care. Every skilled nurse is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Services include, but are not limited to:

Home Health Aides (HHA)

Having an experienced care assistant from outside the family help your senior with their personal care maintains their sense of dignity and enables family relationships to continue to flourish. Physical Therapists

Physical therapists (PTs) provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients with injuries or disease. PTs work closely with patients and clients to restore, maintain, and promote their overall fitness and wellness for healthier and more active lifestyles. Patients may include accident victims and individuals with disabling conditions such as low back pain, fractures, head injuries, arthritis, heart disease, and cerebral palsy. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Post Surgical Strengthening
  • Coordination Training
  • Endurance Activity Training
  • Muscle Re-Education
  • Weight Bearing Activity Training

Recovery Care Services

Home Recovery Care is an innovative care option that allows you to be treated for your medical condition at home instead of the hospital. Our staff provides a full range of home health care services with the greatest of care and the utmost compassion. Each client’s dignity is maintained with exceptional service and extraordinary care.

Typically, Recovery Care Services last for 30 days. A registered nurse will care for you in your home for 3-5 days. A Recovery Care Coordinator will monitor your vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, daily. Your Recovery Care Coordinator will communicate with your doctors every step of the way and help answer all your questions. These services are performed by:
