- DO WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS EVERYDAY?
NO we only take applications on select Tuesdays
- CAN A FRIEND PICK UP MY CHECK?
Yes, please fill out the check authorization form and bring it to the office attach copies of your id and the friend’s ID to the form
- DO I HAVE TO WEAR UNIFORM WHEN I AM IN THE CLIENT'S HOUSE?
Yes you must be dressed In uniform at all times when in the clients house
- I HAVEN'T WORKED FOR PREMIER HEALTHCARE IN SIX MONTHS, DO I NEED TO REAPPLY?
Yes If you have not worked with Premier for a period extending 6 months please visit the HR office and re apply.
- WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING ME THAT MY DOCUMENTS ARE ABOUT TO EXPIRE?
You are responsible for your documents and keeping them up to date, failure to do so will result in your suspension from Premier Home Health. Note: Physical , Police Clearance and PPD, these documents are only valid for 1 year . chest x-ray is valid for 5 years.
